How It Works

Submit an Inquiry
Fill out the form below with your concept, placement, size, and budget. Be as specific as possible — this helps me assess whether your project is a good fit.

Consultation
If accepted, we schedule a consultation (in-person or video call). We discuss the design direction, placement details, and any reference imagery.

Design & Deposit
Once we agree on direction, a 50% deposit is required to secure your session and begin the custom design process. No deposit = no booking.

Session Day
Come prepared, well-rested, and fed. Sessions are private and focused. No guests unless previously discussed.

Deposits are non-refundable. They can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with 48 hours notice. This protects both parties and ensures committed clients only.

Each of our artists specialize in something different. If you are looking for a specific style, one of our artists that specializes in it will curate something unique to you.
50% of the quoted session cost is required upfront. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a rescheduled date with 48+ hours notice.
Typically 4–8 hours depending on the piece. Breaks are built in. Rushing does not produce better work.
One complimentary touch-up is included within 3 months of completion, for pieces done in this studio.
Please ask in advance. Sessions are focused by design — extra people can disrupt the environment.
I'm typically booked 6–10 weeks out. Submit early if you have a target date.
